The 3-chip CCD offers you an alternative to the CMOS chips of today’s digital cameras with old-school additive colour system that can’t be reproduced anywhere else.

With dynamic contrast control, skin tone correction, vertical and horizontal frequency control, ‘stretch+compress’ black levels, dual pixel readout for noiseless gain increases, and lower signal to noise than previous Sony cameras, the 390P is a superior standard def camera.

The standard definition digital video gives a lo-fi texture and our addition of a Blackmagic on-board recording monitor gives a straight to digital, tapeless workflow for ease of use with modern editing solutions.

The camera can be supplied with DVCAM tape on request.
