With an anamorphic eyepiece the 435 EX 4-perf is optimised for the beauty of  shooting anamorphic on film. Switched to spherical you have the classic silent, 4×3 frame: the original aspect ratio of cinema so lauded for its flattering capture of the human face and body. This incredible feat of engineering in a compact box remains the go-to for MOS filming.

This legendary camera features a five-link dual registration, dual pulldown movement capable of rock-steady images at a mind-bending 150fps (unrivalled outside specialist high-speed cameras). With all the camera’s features available on the body without additions it’s ready-to-go out of the box and will run forwards and backwards at 0.1 to 150 frames per second. Our package includes an RCU unit capable of programming compensated speed ramps, electronic shutter control and R/S. The 435 won ARRI a scientific and technical achievement academy award in 1999.
